What if your journey through grief is the beginning of family healing?

How I Can Help

I offer Grief Recovery Method and Family Constellation Work; two powerful, complementary approaches that guide you toward emotional clarity, inner peace, and lasting transformation. These practices have helped me make sense of my own grief & healing and have become a deeply meaningful part of how I grow and support others on their journey.

The Grief Recovery Method

My Journey Through Grief

Grief has become the heart of both my personal healing and the work I now do with others.
The profound personal losses I have experienced led me into a deep inner journey, one that transformed how I understand healing, connection, and meaning. What began as a personal path through sorrow became a heartfelt commitment to guiding others through their own experiences of grief and life transitions.

The Grief Recovery Method a structured, evidence-based approach, provides practical tools to address the emotional pain caused by all kinds of loss, from death and divorce to relocation, loss of trust, unmet hopes, or broken relationships. It is not about forgetting, but about completing what feels unresolved, so we can move forward without being bound by the past.

Family Constellation Work

The Path That Led Me to Family Constellation

What began as a personal healing journey with Family Constellation has grown into the foundation of my work with others.

My own journey began with a desire to understand patterns in my life that felt stuck, painful, or unexplained.

The Family Constellation aims to release emotional pain and bring resolution to inner suffering.

As a Certified Family Constellation Facilitator, I work with individuals to uncover hidden transgenerational patterns that silently influence our behaviours, relationships, and choices. This systemic lens offers a compassionate and powerful way to reconnect with our lineage, release inherited burdens, and reclaim emotional freedom.

Not sure which module is right for you?

Let us explore together which path can best support your healing journey

Both Grief Recovery and Family Constellation recognise that healing often involves exploring the emotional impact of family dynamics and intergenerational patterns. These approaches gently support the expression of emotions that may have been suppressed, unacknowledged, or misunderstood, creating space for insight, release, and transformation.

I have spent nearly two decades in administrative and support roles, developing strong skills in organization, systems, and communication. While these may seem like purely practical tools, they deeply inform my work in the healing space. Grief and constellation work can be emotionally complex and at times overwhelming, my structured approach brings a sense of clarity and containment, helping clients feel safe, held, and supported throughout their process.

By bridging the practical with the emotional, and the personal with the professional, I offer a steady, compassionate space where clients can navigate their losses, untangle family patterns, and begin to reclaim their stories with greater ease and awareness.

What motivates me?

It is an honour for me to be part of both the Grief Recovery Method and Family Constellation, and to have the opportunity to offer these programs. I have personally experienced the direct and positive impact they have had on my life and emotional well-being. My goal is to support and guide as many people as possible on their healing journey so they can find their way to inner peace.

Testimonials

Processing my divorce was an important and emotionally sensitive chapter in my life.

I was introduced to Helga through a friend who recommended her for the Grief Recovery Method.

Helga listened with empathy, she did not compare my pain to others, never voiced opinions or judgments. That created a safe, accepting space where I could truly open up.

Even the tone of her voice had a calming effect, she spoke with a natural simplicity and honesty that helped me feel grounded and heard.

I am truly grateful for her support.

Helga’s emotional honesty gave me the courage to express my own long-suppressed, painful feelings. I came to understand that I wasn’t alone in my experiences, and that these emotions are valid, even if they still bring discomfort or shame years later. That realization was incredibly liberating for me, because I could finally allow myself to stop fearing what others might think.

I wholeheartedly recommend Helga

A Journey of Acceptance and New Perspectives

My relationships have often been challenging, and that is still true in some cases.
Although I had tried a one-on-one Family Constellation session with another practitioner before, this was my first in-person group session.

At first, it felt strange watching others stand in for my family members, but as they began expressing emotions and movements that reflected hidden truths, things slowly started to make sense.

Helga offered insights on aspects that did not fully resonate with me at the time, yet over time I noticed significant shifts, especially in my most challenging relationship. Outwardly, not much seemed to change, but my perspective did: I began to accept aspects of others that were beyond my control.

There are still some wounds that need attention, and I fully intend to return to Helga for guidance, to continue exploring these dynamics from a new perspective.

I am profoundly appreciative for her compassionate support and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking clarity, healing, and a deeper understanding of their family dynamics.

When I lost my job unexpectedly, I told myself it was just business and tried to move on.

When I lost my job unexpectedly, I told myself it was just business and tried to move on.

But inside, I was devastated. I felt rejected, ashamed, and anxious about the future yet I kept pretending I was fine.

A friend suggested I work with Helga, who uses both the Grief Recovery Method and Family Constellation work. At first, I did not think job loss was something to “grieve”. I thought grief was only for death or divorce. But as we began the Grief Recovery process, I realized how much emotional weight I was carrying. I had lost not just a paycheck, but a sense of purpose, routine, connection, and self-worth. Helga helped me name what I was feeling, reflect on my relationship with my job, and take real actions to emotionally complete that loss.

Yet as the grief began to lift, I sensed there was something deeper, patterns of pressure, perfectionism, and fear of failure that didn’t come from this job alone. That’s when Family Constellation work opened another door. It was like finding the source of an undercurrent that had quietly been shaping my choices and self-worth for years.

Through the combination of these two methods, I did not just recover from the shock and pain of losing my job, I also broke free from generational patterns I did not even know I was carrying. Today, I feel lighter, more grounded, and more confident about my future, not only in my career, but in my whole life.

If you feel broken, lost, or like no one could ever truly understand the weight you carry, trust Helga.

She stands like a warrior in compassion, wrapped in strength and calm certainty. Just when you think healing isn’t possible, she gently takes your fragile, aching heart in her steady hands, not to fix it for you, but to show you how to mend it yourself, thread by thread, with golden seams of truth, courage, and hope.
Helga does not just guide you through the darkness she walks beside you, holding space with such grace and safety that you begin to believe again. Her presence is the kind of strength that makes it safe to fall apart, and the kind of love that reminds you: you can rise, and you do not have to do it alone.
